Fuel Lock Communication Issues

Update: As of 10:13 am on Friday, May 2, 2025, communication issues were in the process of restoring. All devices should restore connections over the next 24 hours. If you are still seeing connection issues beyond this time, please contact support at support.agriculture@calian.com.


As of the afternoon of Thursday, May 1, 2025, we became aware of a potential interruption between Fuel Lock servers and Fuel Lock Business devices. We are conscientiously working towards a resolution of this issue.

During this outage, Fuel Lock devices will store a certain amount of transaction data (typically 3 days with average usage). Users may also notice a blinking blue light on the Fuel Lock device indicating the device has lost communication. The prompt to contact Support can be ignored as we are aware of the communication issues.
