 The Win a System Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Calian Agriculture Ltd. (“Calian”). The program is administered by Calian and hereinafter will be referred to as the “Sweepstakes Sponsors”.

 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SEE BELOW FOR FULL SWEEPSTAKES DETAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES (THE “SWEEPSTAKES RULES”).

 SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

• The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “The Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

• The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida), who are the age of majority in their state of residence (18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry. Employees of Sweepstakes Sponsors, its Participating Retailers/Partners, Calian, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers and agents, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and agents, participating sponsors, contractors, and immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, and spouse), together with those persons with whom such employees are domiciled, are not eligible to play and win the prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Florida and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter into this sweepstakes, eligible participants as described in paragraph 2 must:

1. 1. Go to the Calian Sweepstakes Page (the “Website”).
   2. Complete the entry form. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Sponsors.

To enter into the sweepstakes, eligible participants must complete the first two actions listed above. Participants must provide the information requested. Participants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If Participants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules that submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Sponsors.

PRIZING

• One (1) prize is available to be won and will be awarded through a draw made on or about March 11, 2025, after the Sweepstakes Period has ended. The prize includes the winners choice of one of the two following sweepstake packages, and subject to availability:
  • Fuel Lock Sweepstakes Package: Includes one (1) Fuel Lock Business unit and subscription plan services for one year (approximate retail value $3,075 USD), OR
  • Bin-Sense Sweepstakes Package: Includes one (1) Bin-Sense Live Master unit, one (1) Bin-Sense Temperature Cable up to 40 feet in length and subscription plan services for one year (approximate retail value $3,536 USD)

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution, in part or in whole, is allowed. Data fees after the one-year term are the full responsibility of the winning Participant. No substitutions except at the Sweepstakes Sponsors’ option. Sweepstakes Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable. No compensation is offered for any portion of the prize not utilized; any portion of the prize not utilized, and its corresponding value will be forfeited. Prize winner selection may be contingent upon availability of installation services in the winner’s geographic location.

NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION

• Following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sweepstakes Sponsors will select one (1) entrant (or more, if applicable, based on the number of prizes available to be won) by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, unless otherwise indicated. Each entrant shall be eligible to win only one (1) prize. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes Sponsors or administrators will notify the Prize Winners via email, phone, or social media based on the contact information that has been supplied by the Participant. Three (3) attempts to contact the selected entrant via email, phone, or social media will be made within the seven (7) days following the selection. If the entrant does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the third attempted contact, another selected entrant will be chosen. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted because of incomplete or incorrect information provided, Sweepstakes Sponsors will use reasonable efforts to contact the selected entrant. If the entrant does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the third attempted contact, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will have no further recourse towards Sweepstakes Sponsors, or anyone involved in the Sweepstakes. Prior to awarding of the prize, the potential winner must sign and return a release form within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt confirming his/her compliance with these Official Rules and releasing the Sweepstakes Sponsors, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, distributors, employees, dealers and agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from and against any and all liability arising from or in connection with the acceptance and use of the prize. Selected entrant must also provide proof of identity (photocopy of Driver’s Licence, Passport, or any other government issued photo I.D.) with the Sweepstakes’ Affidavit and Release Form or the prize may be forfeited. If the selected entrant fails to return the release form with proof of identity in the manner required, is found to have violated the rules of the Sweepstakes or does not contact the Sweepstakes administrator within seventy-two (72) hours of the third attempted contact, the selected entrant or claimant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize in question. Sweepstakes Sponsors will hold a drawing to select an alternate prize winner. Upon notification, each Prize winner will be asked which Dealer they would like to pick up their prize from. The prize will then be transported to that Dealer and it’s the Prize Winner’s responsibility to retrieve the prize. Once the Prize is at the named Dealer, the Prize Winner will have two weeks to retrieve their prize. After two weeks, another entrant will be randomly selected, and the initial selected entrant will have no further recourse towards Sweepstakes Sponsors, or anyone involved in the Sweepstakes.

GENERAL

• ODDS TO WIN: There is one (1) prize as described in paragraph 4. The odds to win the Win a System Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of qualified entries received prior to the Sweepstakes End Dates, as described herein.
• PRIVACY: Sweepstakes Sponsors will be collecting personal data about entrants including name, telephone number, email, residency, and whether the individual is of legal age, for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and for purposes of market research.

No personal data collected for the above purposes will be transferred or sold to any third party except in the following circumstances:

1. 1. When the entrant gives Sweepstakes Sponsors permission to do so;
   2. When in good faith the Sweepstakes believes the law requires it;
   3. Under limited circumstances specifically described to the entrant when Sweepstakes Sponsor collects the information, such as in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes;
   4. To Sweepstakes Sponsors’ affiliated companies, their agents, dealers, and advisors, and their respective employees are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than described in these Official Rules; or
   5. To Sweepstakes Sponsors’ agents for data processing purposes, or to its professional advisors and promotional and marketing agencies, provided that such agents, professional advisors, and promotional and marketing agencies are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than as described in these Official Rules.
   6. The entrant’s personal information will be protected in a manner that is consistent with the Sponsors’ Privacy Code available at https://www.calianagriculture.com/privacy-policy/

• PUBLICITY: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sweepstakes Sponsors to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in any media without limitations or additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
• RESTRICTIONS: The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Sweepstakes:

1. 1. Entering the online Sweepstakes under more than one email address;
   2. Entering the online Sweepstakes more than once;
   3. Viewing or tampering with the Sweepstakes Sponsors’ systems, source code, or data;
   4. Using any method that artificially increases odds of winning;
   5. Non-compliance with these Official Rules; and
   6. Any other act which the Sweepstakes Sponsors determines in their sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

• ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS: The name of the winners and the complete Official Rules are available through weblink or by mail request by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Calian Win a Fuel Lock Sweepstakes, Attn: Marketing Department, Calian Agriculture Ltd., 118 Husum Road, R.M. of Sherwood, SK, S4K 0A4.
• GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is void outside United States and in the state of Florida and where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that the Sweepstakes Sponsors has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any representations, guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, regarding any awarded prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold the Sweepstakes Sponsors, its respective Participating Retailers/Partners, Calian, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies and legal advisors (collectively the “Released Parties”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, any loss, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

All entries and prize claim become the property of the Sweepstakes Sponsors and will not be returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from the Sweepstakes Sponsors servers or from any other Internet web site, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sweepstakes Sponsors, or a third party. The Sweepstakes Sponsors reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice.

SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE SWEEPSTAKES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ENDING THE SWEEPSTAKES BEFORE THE SWEEPSTAKES END DATE IF FRAUD, HUMAN ERROR, TECHNICAL ERRORS OR FAILURES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, TO ANY PRINTING, NETWORK, SERVER OR HARDWARE FAILURE, OR ANY OTHER FACTOR BEYOND THE SWEEPSTAKES SPONSORS REASONABLE CONTROL IMPAIRS THE INTEGRITY OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AS DETERMINED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR IN ITS DISCRETION. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH IMPAIRMENT, SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT BUT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO SELECT WINNERS AT RANDOM FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE TIME OF SUCH IMPAIRMENT.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or deleted computer or network transmissions, or for entries, requests, or prize claims that are stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, lost, late, postage-due, damaged, or ineligible.

This Sweepstakes is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Instagram, or any other social media platforms.
